3月29日上午，我市召开了第二次全国残疾人抽样调查动员大会，市第二次全国残疾人抽样调查领导小组副组长、市残联理事长高建伟，市残联副理事长黄纯斌，市统计局副局长孔爱玲，南山区副区长林雨纯等出席了会议。

    市第二次抽样调查领导小组办公室主任、市残联副理事长黄纯斌在大会上代表市抽样调查领导小组发表了讲话，他强调了本次抽样调查的重要意义，对全国样本区南山区入户调查前的筹备工作进行了总结，并就即将展开的入户调查工作进行了动员。

    据悉，此次抽样调查是我国国情调查的重要组成部分，将为我国残疾人事业发展提供准确、科学的依据。调查数据的准确性要求非常高，必须达到入户率100%、见面率85%以上、疑似残疾人筛查率15%以上、0—6岁儿童和残疾人身体检查率100%的国家标准。国务院已经紧扣第二次全国残疾人抽样调查，将今年的助残日活动主题定为“真实的了解，真挚的关爱”。

    我市于去年年底成立了深圳市第二次全国残疾人抽样调查领导小组，梁道行副市长担任领导小组组长，市残联、市统计局等单位也抽调专职人员组成了领导小组办公室，协助被抽中的样本区南山区开展工作。目前，各项筹备工作已基本就绪，4月1日将正式展开入户调查。

Meeting for 2nd National Sample Survey on Disabled People

The mobilizing meeting for the Second National Sample Survey on Disabled People in Shenzhen was hold March 29,2006. Gao Jianwei（vice director of SZ Leading Committee for the Second National Sample Survey on Disabled People and president of SZDPF）, Huang Chunbin（vice president of SZDPF），Kong Ailing（vice director of SZ Statistic Bureau） and Lin Yuchun（vice director of Nanshan District） attended the meeting.

Huang Chunbin,the Director of SZ Office for the Second National Sample Survey on Disabled People stressed  at the meeting the importance of the sample survey. After summarizing the arrangements for the sample Nanshan district, he mobilized people to the coming indoor survey

It is reported that the sample survey is an important part of our national situation survey. It will provide accurate and scientific information for the development of national disabled persons’ cause. With high requirement of veracity, all items should be up to the State standard: indoor survey should be 100％; face-to-face survey should be above 85％; screening for double disabled persons should be above 15％; body chechs for children of 0－6 year old and disabled persons should be 100％. Along with the national sample survey, the State Council has named the theme“real understanding and sincere concern ” for the Help-the-Disabled Day of 2006.

SZ Leading Committee for Second National Sample Survey on Disabled People set up at the end of last year. Vice mayor Liang Daoxing is the director. And SZDPF and SZ Statistic Bureau have transferred their members to form the office to assist the sample area Nanshan with the task. Up to now, arrangements have been in order. And the indoor check will carry out from April 1st.
