Vice director of Guangdong office for the second national sample survey on disabled people, Mr. Jiang Mingxu with his team followers inspected the progress of the sample survey on the disabled in Nanshan Shenzhen on April 14. Shenzhen leaders concerned, including Mr. Huang Chunbin and Mr. Liu Kaizhang have had a meeting with the visiting leaders.
Leading members of Nanshan sample survey office reported the progress since the survey started. Up to then, Nanshan district has fulfilled two blocks survey. All survey items have been up to the province standard with indoor survey 100％; face-to-face survey, 88％; screening for double disabled persons, 14.5％; body checks for children of 0－6 year old and disabled persons, 100％. The survey team has tried their best to conscientiously complete all work at the first phase.Yang Ling, vice director of the survey team and statistician Wang Ping, have been over time for several weekends, with other team members working till 9pm every night. Doctor Ma Chuping continued his careful check for the disabled with his worry about his wife’s tumor detected recently. And surveyor Zhang Xiaoli, very weak for her recent operation still devoted herself to the work.
Mr. Jiang Mingxu said Nanshan district has got great achievement at the first phase. He proposed demands for the next step: pay more attention to the screening for double disabled persons with problem of intelligence and psychosis; further improve the screening rate and make sure all information are accurate.
Accompanied by Shenzhen leaders concerned, Mr. Jiang with his team followers inspected the work of sample survey in the third block of Nanshan district. He encouraged the survey team to summarize experience and make greater achievements to perfectly fulfill the sample survey.
