Consisted of Provincial Civil Affairs Department, Provincial Health Department and Provincial DPF, the inspection group for demonstration zone of community-based rehabilitation of disabled persons has visited Shenzhen during 17-19，Dec. 2007 for examining and accepting the four districts of Luohu, Baoan, Nanshan and Yantian.  The inspection group fully affirmed the job Shenzhen has done.

After watching VCD introduction, listening to reports, checking records and checking community-based rehabilitation worksite, the inspection group even paid visits to disabled families and had telephone interviews to learn about the demand, service and the results of rehabilitation from the disabled masses. The results came out that the four districts of Luohu, Baoan, Nanshan and Yantian to be the community-based rehabilitation demonstration zones with outstanding achievements .

It was learnt that both districts of Futian and Longgang have successfully passed national and provincial examination and acceptance of community-based rehabilitation demonstration zones.
