The forum for community member representatives by SZDPF was held at Yinhu tourism center June 8, 2007. 40 SZDPF district chiefs and reprentatives attended. Presided by director Li Yingqiang ,SZDPF vice president Huang Chunbin attended and gave a speech.

During the forum, Shenzhen Luohu district vice president Huang Jingbo introduced Luohu's experiences. With a good reputation at the community working, Huang revealed the secret of success. He stressed an elite team with cooperation is a key.

Luohu district representative's statements attracted all members presented. After summarizing community working from hardware facilities, regulations and psychological counseling, representatives gave their opinions. With higher requirements to the next work, SZDPF vice president Huang Chunbin approved everyone's enthusiasm and working performance. He also answered every question by the representatives.
