A working meeting and training of Everyone Has Right to Enjoy Rehabilitation Services for disabled persons was held Feb. 25,--Feb 26, 2008.

The meeting and training was to general mobiles all to meet the examination and acceptance by National disabled rehabilitation office in the second quarter of this year. And invite experts of CDPF and GDDPF to give related business training for the members attended the meeting. Over 300 relevant members from all districts and units attended the meeting.

Gao Jianwei, vice director of Shenzhen disabled work commission and president of SZDPF, at the meeting gave introduce on the working of Everyone Has Right to Rehabilitation Services.

President Gao said Shenzhen in recent years has made a great achievement in the work since 2004 and expect in the year 2006 that Shenzhen has taken a number of measures to promote and improve disabled rehabilitation services.

Recently, related experts made self-examination on the reaching targets in accordance with national target system for Everyone Has Right to Enjoy Rehabilitation Services. With great achievements, weak links that still exist in the work as well. Therefore, president Gao required all districts and departments to attach great importance to the following tasks: Strengthening leadership at all levels to provide organizations working; clear responsibility to ensure all jobs put in place; strengthening working team to enhance service quality; seriously checking to find out deficiencies and make up for them; meticulously organizing to meet the check and acceptance.

Shenzhen Health Bureau leading member made a speech on how to give full play to better serve the disabled cause at the meeting.

During the training, experts or leading members from CDPF, GDDPF and SZDPF gave lectures on the work of Everyone Has Right to Enjoy Rehabilitation Services.

Members attended the meeting made group discussions on the working of receiving the examination and acceptance. And the operating mechanism of notification system for Shenzhen disabled persons.
