SZDPF held 2008’course for special members of community disabled associations at Dameisha during March 26-Mrach 28, 2008. More than 200 special members, as well as the first batch of 69 prospective social workers for disabled services participated in the training. The courses included basic knowledge for disabled work, and professional training about Everyone Has Right to Enjoy Rehabilitation Services. SZDPF president Gao Jianwei visited the trainees in her busy schedule. She was glad to see the working team is growing stronger day by day and hoped the team members work hard and make good achievements.
As a pre-job training, the second batch of more than 70 special community members and social workers were gathered on March 26, listening to the instruction by SZDPF leaders. SZPDF vice president Huang Chunbin gave a lecture on quality construction, making specific analysis on vocational ethics, capability and quality and the like. He required the disabled workers to be an Ability and Integrity team. SZDPF vice president Huang Suning lectured on the protection of the rights and interests for disabled persons. She explained how to protect the legitimate rights and interests, and introduced on the work of protecting the rights and interests for disabled persons in China and Shenzhen. SZDPF Organization and Propaganda Department director Li Yinqiang gave a course on the disabled basic-level work. He explained in details SZDPF organizational structure and the disabled community work management approach. The training still arranged excellent special members to introduced work experiences and exchange with new special members.
In order to meet the upcoming national inspection of Everyone Has Right to Enjoy Rehabilitation Services in Shenzhen, there were also special course on March 27 for the trainers. Leading member from related units gave lectures on duties f community coordinator and work practice, and knowledge on disabled rehabilitation.
Members attended the training said the training is informative, practical and useful. It will be benefit to the disabled work. And all old and new special members, as well as prospective social workers trained together will promote exchange and mutual assistance.
